Delivery time
Usually 2–7 working days. Models marked “in stock” are in our warehouse and ship fastest. For items ordered in from the distributor, we confirm the date individually. We deliver within Poland.
Delivery cost
- Interactive displays – free delivery within Poland (pallet shipment / courier).
- OPS computers and accessories: InPost parcel locker or InPost courier PLN 20, GLS courier PLN 25, GLS cash on delivery PLN 30.
- Collection in person in Warsaw – free of charge.

Returns
Consumers may return goods without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt. Details are in the abcprezentacji.pl shop terms (in Polish). Purchases by companies and institutions are subject to the terms of the agreement.
Payment
- bank transfer based on a pro forma invoice,
- online payment via Przelewy24,
- cash on delivery,
- bank transfer with 14-day terms for public institutions or after signing a trade agreement.
