BenQ Board Essential (RE04 series) displays have Google EDLA certification and full access to Google Drive. Google Play Protect and safe browsing provide protection, and each teacher has a separate account – nobody else sees their files.
At the heart of the display is the EZWrite whiteboard with an unlimited canvas, lesson file import and editable session export. Built-in AI tools read text aloud, translate it with one tap and recognise text in photos. The Floating Tool lets you take screenshots, record the screen and annotate over any app or video.
