In a preschool, the display is mainly used for group games and movement activities. Safety, height and simple apps matter most.
Size
In a typical preschool room, 65 or 75 inch is enough. Children sit close to the screen and an oversized image tires them.
Height-adjustable stand
On a mobile stand with height adjustment, the display can be lowered so children can reach the whole surface, and moved to another room. A bottom edge at 50–70 cm works well for the youngest.
Safety
- tempered and antibacterial glass (e.g. BenQ),
- blue light filter and flicker-free backlight,
- a stable stand with lockable wheels.
